Which branding photography package is for me?
Realising you need branding photos for your business is a huge step in itself. Firstly, it’s an act of self love and recognition of success and intention. If you’re looking for photos you’re ready to lean in and make your business thrive, communicate with your customers on a more professional level and challenge yourself to show up in a visible way! Congratulations!
But finding a photographer that works for you can be tricky. There’s loads out there with tonnes of different packages and specialisms and it can be a lot. Read this post to find out more about branding photography.
So I thought I’d give you a run down of how I work and which packages might work best for you. Let’s start with my most popular package…
Package One: Solopreneur Branding Photography
This is recommended for service-based solo business owners. We’re talking coaches, therapists, authors, VA’s, photographers, public speakers to just name a few.
Here we have time to get creative, feel relaxed and/or get a bit weird but mostly get those images that truly reflect and celebrate you. We can showcase your personality and make you look perfectly approachable in the online space. Fancy spraying champagne everywhere or jumping into a river, all of this is possible.
It can also showcase more of your lifestyle than just your business, if you are a sea swimmer then let’s hit the beach, if you like to pull tarot cards then set them up and tell me about them. It is a celebration of you.
What does the shoot look like:
We’ll spend 3 hours together, we usually start in a space you have booked or your work/office space to get those working business lifestyle shots - laptops/phones etc. We can take a trip to a coffee shop but I can’t guarantee these types of pictures as you never know how busy it will be when you get there and no one wants pics in the dark corner next to the toilets! You can do a couple of outfits here (or the cheat’s way is a jacket/jumper on and then off - immediately two outfits in one!)
We’ll then have a walk around the area, scouting cool walls, doorways and areas to take personality-filled portraits of you. I like to shoot outside as much as possible, it creates a much more real and natural feel to it. It also allows the whole thing to flow and feel less like ‘deer in headlights’
We then can move to another location and have an opportunity to have some fun. This is where I encourage doing something for you. That outfit in the back of the wardrobe that you never seem to have the right occasion to where it - dig it out. Why can’t you swish around in a ball gown in a forest? Who says you can’t?
Disclaimer: I’m not going to make anyone swish around barefoot in forest. But just giving you options in case you secretly want to.
From this day you’ll get approximately 100-150 photos edited and supplied for you in a digital gallery which you can then use across all your marketing, on your website, print in brochures etc. The gallery really helpfully allows you to download in both high resolution and websize so you don’t need to do any resizing of anything!

You’ll then get a link to a Pinterest board to add some inspiration to and I will send over your personalised shoot plan.
Then we shoot!
You’ll get your fully edited images 2-3 weeks after your shoot.
Examples:
Package Two: Branding Photography Boosted
This is for medium size businesses with multiple employees that want headshots or product based makers that would like product imagery as well as working lifestyle and portraits. Alternatively if you would like a much slower paced shoot with coffee breaks and a lunch then you could absolutely book this package too.
If you are a hair salon or a stationery designer then it gives us an opportunity to capture you, your lifestyle, any employee headshots (no boring backgrounds just fun mini shoots within the day), you creating/cutting hair/printing etc, flatlays of products or styled product imagery, interior shots of studios/salons as an example.
What does the shoot look like:
The format is similar to the solopreneur package but we’ll spend 6 hours together giving us the opportunity to shoot working lifestyle, epic portraits, staff members, interiors, products, flatlays and any other kind of image that you may want for your business marketing.
From this day you’ll get approximately 200-400 photos edited and supplied for you in a digital gallery which you can then use across all your marketing, on your website, print in brochures etc. The gallery really helpfully allows you to download in both high resolution and websize so you don’t need to do any resizing of anything!

Power Portraits
This is a shorter session which focuses mostly on you. It gives you an opportunity to feel relaxed, be present in your body and have some fun with expression. It’s perfect for someone who has already had a branding shoot and is looking for a top up, someone who wants to mix some cool new portraits into their social media, website or update a Linkedin profile picture, or someone who just wants to celebrate themselves with a photoshoot.
Sometimes we can find a table or a bench, depending on the location, to be able to get a handful of laptop/working on phone photos, but this session is mostly about portraits of you.
What does the shoot look like:
We’ll spend 1 hour together, at an agreed location, and we’ll roll our sleeves up and jump straight in. It’s less ‘bam bam bam’ than a microshoot (keep reading) so we have some space to relax and get creative too. You also have time to have up to 2 outfits (don’t forget jumper/jacket on/off is a good way of adding variety, also hair up/down too!)
From this session you’ll get approximately 30-50 photos edited and supplied for you in a digital gallery which you can then use across all your marketing, on your website, print in brochures etc. The gallery really helpfully allows you to download in both high resolution and websize so you don’t need to do any resizing of anything!

Microshoots
I run micro photoshoot days once a quarter, usually in a central London location and they are perfect for people that are nervous and want to dip a toe in the water when it comes to photoshoots. Or if you just want a professional but personality filled profile picture, or if you are just looking to populate an ‘about’ page of a website.
They are SHORT. We are talking literally 20 minutes. Which for some people, is perfect.
With the microshoots you can’t choose your location, just a time slot on a specific day as I will be shooting multiple business owners throughout the day, which is why I can keep the costs down!
