Micro Photoshoot Sessions at The Victoria in Watford

Affordability seems to be the buzz word of the year. ‘Cost of living crisis’ and doom and gloom is on the front page of every newspaper and small businesses are really feeling the pinch in 2023. Often, this pinch is felt in marketing budgets and I’ve seen many businesses ‘making do’ with dated photos and headshots because they don’t have the budget for a photoshoot. This is negatively impacting the first impression of your potential clients and they aren’t buying because they can’t see or don’t trust you. A professional, personality-filled photo can change this in a split second.

Why I Created 20 Minute Micro Photoshoots

I want to help struggling small businesses, so I launched my Micro Photoshoot sessions in February of this year. Booking a microshoot is the cheapest way to work with me but also guarantees you high end, brand photography perfect for a refresh headshot or that latest PR request. Sometimes you don’t need 100 images, you just need one really great picture of you turning up as unashamedly you.

In just 20 minutes, I’ve shot some fantastic local business owners and professionals. Capturing them with my lens and providing them with not only great pictures, but also an enjoyable miniature experience.

On the microshoots I’ve had women who hated having their photo taken looking forward to another shoot by the end of their session which in my book is the biggest compliment.

Why I chose The Victoria in Watford as the location for my micro photoshoots

The Victoria in Watford was the perfect backdrop to mix indoor and outdoor shot types adding depth and variety to the 20 image strong gallery that each professional received just 24 hours after our shoot.

What have you got coming up that you could do with a new headshot for?

If you’re interested in booking a 20 minute micro photoshoot to get fresh new photos for your business - awesome!
